<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monoclonal antibody to an autoantibody recognizing TG-rich LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein), which performs a function as an important tool in a research and development associated with TG-rich LDL, a kit for simply detecting TG-rich LDL in high sensitivity by using the monoclonal antibody and a method for simply detecting an autoantibody recognizing TG-rich LDL in high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: The monoclonal antibody is specifically reacted with an autoantibody recognizing a highly triglyceride-containing low-density lipoprotein (TG-rich LDL). The monoclonal antibody effectively and simply performs elucidation, treatment, diagnosis, evaluation, etc., of various diseases in which oxidized LDL including TG-rich LDL participates and contributes to development of a medicine composition having excellent medicinal effect. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
