摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an assembly of a metal fitting for hose and a hydrogen filling hose having a high sealing performance and high durability by adopting such a procedure that the metal fitting is secured strongly to the hydrogen filling hose while deformation of a nipple is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen filling hose 2 is formed so that at least two reinforcing layers of blade structure consisting of braided PBO fibers f are laminated between an inner surface layer made of thermoplastic resin whose 90°C gas permeation coefficient for dry hydrogen gas is no more than 1×10<SP>-8</SP>cc cm/cm<SP>2</SP>sec. cmHg, and an outer surface layer 5 made of thermoplastic resin. The end of the hose 2 is pinched by the nipple 7 and a socket 8, and the outer peripheral surface of the socket 8 is pressed in the condition continued in the circumferential direction, wherein the pressing is conducted from the counter-end side of the hose 2 toward the end to establish fastening of the socket 8, while a swellout part 8b formed by swelling out the inside surface to near the periphery than an annular groove 9b is formed at the part nearer the end of the hose 2 than the fastened part 8c, so as to generate a condition in which the space between the swellout part 8b and the nipple 7 is filled with the hose 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
