<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically change a schedule in accordance with an operational status of the next step. <P>SOLUTION: A schedule generation system 1 generates a schedule for processing products in a process line having a plurality of steps. Then, the schedule generation system 1 is provided with a first step terminal (a blank control terminal 53).
