<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a starting system for a combined cycle power generation plant. <P>SOLUTION: This system includes: a steam turbine 12; a HRSG 14; a condenser 16; and a bypass system 20. The steam turbine 12 includes a turbine section 18. An exhaust heat recovery boiler 14 can be connected to the steam turbine 12 so as to supply the steam to the steam turbine 12. The HRSG 14 includes a reheater 15. The bypass system 20 is configured to adjust the steam pressure downstream of the reheater 15 by feeding steam downstream of the reheater 15 to the condenser 16. The bypass system 20 includes: one or more bypass lines 21; one or more control valves 22 connected to the bypass lines 21; a pressure gauge 24 configured to monitor the steam pressure downstream of the reheater 15; and a controller 23 configured to communicate with the pressure gauge 24 and operate at least one control valve 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
