PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for design cultivation of plants which solve the problems that it is very difficult for an ordinary person to make a design in a blooming state excellent when combining a plurality of flowers and trees and plants, raising from seedlings, and blooming. SOLUTION: The method for design cultivation of plants includes installing plant seedlings 3a, 3b and 3c of previously fixed kinds, into previously fixed positions in adjacent gaps when winding a sheet-like body 1 made of cotton made from biodegradable plastic, and using the external diameter as an external diameter to attache to a support container. A cultivation kit is also provided. The seedlings are prevented from slipping off from the prescribed positions by superposing a plurality of the sheet-like bodies 1 on each other followed by winding them while inserting a plurality kinds of plant seedlings into the adjacent gaps.
