PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device that is high in convenience for a user by changing the display arrangement of icons according to the use frequency by a user. SOLUTION: During normal time, a control section 100 controls the display arrangement of icons to utilize functions and displays the display arrangement on a display section 20 on the basis of information to be stored in normal display order data 50a. When recommended display control by a recommended display controller 100a is started by a user's instruction, a storage section 50 stores the usage history of functions used by a user as usage history data 50c. The recommended display controller 100a determines the display arrangement of icons to utilize functions on the basis of the usage history, records the display arrangement as recommended display order data 50e, and displays icons on the display section 20 with the arrangement according to the recommended display order data 50e in response to a user's instruction.
