PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner binder which is superior in low-temperature fixability, hot offset resistance and image stability as the performance of toner. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner binder includes a styrene copolymer (A,) having a weight average molecular weight of 3,000 to <30,000; a styrene copolymer (B) having a weight average molecular weight of 400,000-1,200,000 and optionally; and another styrene (copolymer)polymer (C), where the styrene copolymer (A) has an acid value of 0.1-20 and a glass transition temperature (TgA) of 50-60°C, the styrene copolymer (B) has an acid value of 0.1-20 and a glass transition temperature (TgB) of 61-75°C; and an acid monomer (Ma), constituting the copolymer (A) and an acid monomer (Mb) constituting the copolymer (B) are different in composition.
