PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine granular preparation of a gastric proton pump inhibitor having long term stability and insoluble in a gastric juice. SOLUTION: The fine granular preparation is insoluble in gastric juice and includes the gastric proton pump inhibitor other than omeprazole, an effective layer including an effective component and an outer layer providing insolubility in the gastric juice, respectively, wherein the effective layer and the layer providing insolubility in the gastric juice are respectively characterized by including a selected hydrophobic substance to increase storage stability of the fine granules and the fine granules includes neither alkaline compound nor ionic surfactant.
