<p>Disclosed is a method for evaluating web application usability, including a first process for acquiring web application page navigation logs and on-page operation logs, a second process for extracting portions having certain page navigation patterns from said page navigation logs, a third process for associating said page navigation patterns to the corresponding on-page operation logs for each page within said extracted page navigation patterns and managing thereof, a fourth process for statistically treating said associated/managed operation logs and analyzing page use conditions, and a fifth process for evaluating usability on the basis of said page navigation patterns and said page use conditions.</p> |
