PURPOSE: A distance measuring sensor and a 3D image sensor employing the same are provided to implement a laminate-type image sensor capable of obtaining 3D images by using an organic material having wavelength selectivity as a photoelectric conversion area material. CONSTITUTION: A distance measuring sensor(10) comprises an organic photoelectric conversion area which changes a light into the electric signal through photoelectric effect. The organic photoelectric conversion area comprises a p-type material layer including an organic material, an n-type material layer including NTCDA, and a codeposition layer in which the compositions of the p-type and n-type material layers are codeposited.
