PURPOSE: A measurement report method and apparatus thereof logged in a wireless communication system are provided to prevent MDT measurement in a network without supporting MDT(Minimization of Drive Tests). CONSTITUTION: An RF(radio frequency) unit(53) transmits and receives a wireless signal. A processor(51) receives MDT establishment from a base station. The processor discloses a validity timer according to the MDT setting. The processor logs in the measurement based on MDT setting.
