PURPOSE: An employment role playing game method and a system therefor are provided to enable a user to confirm job accomplishment degree about a work of a desired company. CONSTITUTION: An employment role playing game system comprises: a company server(200) which transmits company information, department and pay grade mission information, and mission evaluation standard information and provides incentive information based on the employment index information; a communication terminal(100) which transmits selection information about role playing desired company, department, and pay grade and provides execution result information of mission information; and a role playing game server(300) which receives selected information and stores the information. |
