PURPOSE: A solar cell board inspection apparatus is provided to reduce the time for inspection and to improve the time for production by preventing windiness and minimizing damage during the transmission time. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor(100) in which a solar cell board settled in the upper side transmits the solar cell board according to an operation process in order. A carrying conveyor(110) carries the solar cell board from outside. A transmission conveyor(120) transfers the carried solar cell board to a location variant part. The location variant part rotatively drives in order to arrange the solar cell board to a carry-in position(2), an efficiency check position(3), a crack check position(4), and an entrainment position(5). A vacuum absorption part controls the solar cell board to being adsorbed the location variant part by forming a vacuum in a contact part between the solar cell board and the location variant part. An optical source section(400) is located in the center of upper part of the efficiency check position and inspects the efficiency of the solar cell board. A CCD camera(500) is located in the center of upper part of the crack check position and inspects a crack of the solar cell plate surface. An export conveyor(130) takes out the solar cell board in which an inspection is finished after receiving the solar cell board from the location variant part. |
