<p>An inflation valve mounted with an electronic box of a tire pressure monitoring device is provided. An inflation valve body (5) of the inflation valve is arranged with external thread (13) for mounting the inflation valve on a rim (1) and a nut (7) matched with the external thread (13). A shear ring (8) is arranged on the surface of the inflation valve above the external thread (13). A shear step (9-1) for shearing the shear ring (8) is arranged in the nut (7). The distance between the shear step (9-1) and the internal thread (12) of the nut and the distance between the shear ring (8) and the external thread (13) have the following relationship: when the shear step (9-1) is placed against the shear ring (8), the nut (7) and the external thread (13) form a thread connection; the distance between the shear ring (8) and the upper end of the external thread (13) is larger than the travel of the nut (7) required by completing the installation of the inflation valve on the rim (1) after the shear step (9-1) is placed against the shear ring (8). According to the invention, the shear ring is more convenient to manufacture, and the design value of the shearing force of the shear ring is easier to achieve accurately. The shear ring does not enter into the space between the nut and the external thread, thus not leading to these problems of inaccurate assembly torque of the inflation valve, damage to the thread fit between the nut and the external thread, and failure to detach the inflation valve.</p> |
