<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dephosphorization treatment method by which a CaO-based flux can be quickly converted into slag without using any fluorine source such as fluorite and molten iron can be efficiently dephosphorized at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A flux for dephosphorization is jetted onto the molten iron together with inert gas serving as a carrier gas from a center hole 4 disposed at an axial center of a top-blown lance 1. At the same time, a flame envelope is formed around a jet flow discharged from the center hole by a reaction between oxygen-containing gas and a fuel supplied from a fuel supplying nozzle 6 and an oxygen-containing gas supplying nozzle 7 arranged around the center hole, and the oxygen-containing gas is sprayed onto a surface of the molten iron from at least three circumferential holes 5 arranged around the center hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
