PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which prevents corrosion of a compressor body due to water absorbed by an acoustic insulation material. SOLUTION: The acoustic insulation material 16 is disposed around the compressor body 4 and an accumulator 8 received in an outdoor unit 1b. Brackets 60a-60c for mounting the compressor body 4 to a bottom frame 14 through bolts 61, are disposed between a side face 4a of the compressor body 4 and the acoustic insulation material 16. Further, brackets 64a-64c are respectively disposed between each of the brackets 60a-60c and the accumulator 8. The brackets 60a-60c, 64a-64c keep the acoustic insulation material 16 while separating from the compressor body 4. Then, as contact of part absorbing water and the compressor body 4 can be prevented by the brackets 60a-60c, 64a-64c, even when the acoustic insulation material 16 absorbs the water accumulated on the bottom frame 14, preventing the corrosion of the compressor body 4.
