PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power transmitter that facilitates matching of power transmission lines even in a simple structure, transmits power to a power-receiving body from a power transmission line at a high rate in a non-contact manner, and allows the power-receiving body to have a practical size even if an AC power supply has a low frequency. SOLUTION: The non-contact power transmitter 1A includes an open-type first line 31 which extends linearly and composes a power transmission line 3 for transmitting power from an AC power supply 2 to a terminal and a power-receiving body 4A including a second line 41A having an electromagnetic coupling part 41a and in which one or a plurality of serial capacitance elements C1 and parallel inductance elements L1 are formed at the electromagnetic coupling part 41a. A gap is formed when the electromagnetic coupling part 41a of the second line 41A of the power-receiving body 4A is overlappingly arranged on the first line 31 so as to align the extending direction with that of the first line 31. By their electromagnetic coupling, power of the AC power supply 2 is distributed and transmitted to the second line 41A from the first line 31. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
