PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the phenomenon where the focus position varies among light-emitting points, by correcting the variations in the distance between the light-emitting points and a collimator lens, in an optical scanner. SOLUTION: In a multibeam light source part 32, after the optical scanner guides, via the collimator lens 103, a plurality of light beams irradiated from a plurality of light-emitting points provided on a multibeam laser diode array 101, the optical scanner emits them, and in the optical scanner, the tilt angle of the collimator lens, with respect to the arranged face of the light emitting points, is set adjustable.
