SOLUTION: The valve element 26 is furnished with a center hole 30 coaxially, and the valve stem 25A is formed from a first shaft member 31 having an insert shaft 33 coaxially and a second shaft member 32 having coaxially a bottomed insert hole 34 in which the insert shaft 33 is fitted by pressure or by threads, in such an arrangement that the two shaft members 31 and 32 are coupled together coaxially while at least one of them 31/32 is inserted through the center hole 30, wherein the valve element 26 is fixed to the valve stem 25A in such a manner as pinched from the two sides about the axial direction by a first and second fastening projections 35, 36 each having an outer periphery of a greater diameter than the center hole 30 and provided on the first and second shaft members 31, 32 in such a way as protruding outward in the radial direction.
