PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake/exhaust electromagnetically-driven valve for an internal combustion engine having a compact mechanism and capable of reducing power consumption. SOLUTION: This electromagnetically-driven valve device opens/closes a valve A by applying electromagnetic force, which is to be generated by electrifying hollow electromagnetically driven coils 9a, 9b and 9c, to a cylindrical magnetic armature 2 so as to reciprocate the cylindrical magnetic armature 2 in the axial direction. A shaft 1b of a cylindrical non-magnetic body is joined with the same shaft diameter between the cylindrical magnetic armature 2 and the magnetic body valve shaft 1 to unite the valve. The valve shaft 1 is provided with a valve shaft part groove 5 so that a retaining ring 6 is inserted into the valve shaft part groove 5 to prevent a fall from a valve guide 4.
