摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which can superbly extract light in a wide wavelength band, aim at greatly reducing viewing angle dependency of luminance and hues on light of a single color, and easily be manufactured at high productivity. SOLUTION: The light-emitting device includes an organic layer 13 between a first electrode 11 and a second electrode 12, and organic EL elements D1 to D3 emitting light of a single color of different visible light regions. The element D1 contains a first light-emitting layer 13a at a first position A1, and each of the elements D2, D3 contains a second light-emitting layer 13b at a second position A2. A first reflecting interface 15 is formed at a first electrode 11 side, and a second reflecting interface 16 and a third reflecting interface 17 are formed at a second electrode 12 side. Reflection of light by the reflecting interfaces 16, 17 is so structured that either is to weaken against light of wavelengths away by +15 nm or more, and the other, against light of wavelengths away by -15 nm or more, at least against either a central wavelength of an emission spectrum of the first light-emitting layer 13a or a central wavelength of an emission spectrum of the second light-emitting layer 13b.
