PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting unit preventing burrs from occurring without cutting a workpiece twice or punching it by using a blanking die set. SOLUTION: The cutting unit 10 includes three sets of scissor units 20 disposed at predetermined intervals, and an opening and closing driving mechanism 30 for simultaneously opening and closing the scissor units 20, and is structured to concurrently cut off three pouch containers SP with a spout made into bags, by a single cutting operation. Each scissor unit 20 has: a pair of outer edges 21A and 21A having an operating area 23A connected with a blade 22A including a shear blade; and an inner edge 21B interposed between the pair of outer edges 21A and 21A and having an operating area 23B connected with a blade 22B including a shear blade. Two portions at a slight distance are concurrently cut by a single cutting operation, and a border area of an adjacent pouch container SP with a spout is cut by a width as small as 1-3 mm, which is a thickness of the inner edge 21B.
