PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition in which a compound becoming unstable is prevented from being decomposed and which can be produced in a simple manner; and to provide a production process therefor. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition is obtained using principal pharmaceutical granules produced by dispersing an active compound in a molten neutral low-melting point fatty substance or hardened oil and adding the resultant dispersion liquid dropwise to an excipient.
