PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrinkage fitting method of precisely performing shrinkage fitting to a frame at low cost with a plurality of divided cores being divided. SOLUTION: An outside-diameter holding nib 20 and an inside-diameter holding nib 22 hold the plurality of divided cores 5, and the outside-diameter holding nib 20 secedes from an outer peripheral surface 5a of the plurality of divided cores 5 while an inner peripheral surface 6a of the frame 6 guides the outer peripheral surface 5a of the plurality of divided cores 5 along with the descending frame 6.
