PURPOSE: A deceleration apparatus for a vehicle steering system is provided to interlock a planetary gear rotating according to driving shaft rotation and two carrier gears, thereby enabling to reduce velocity by gradation. CONSTITUTION: A driving shaft(10) revolves while transferring power. A sun gear(12) is formed in an outer lateral surface of the driving shaft. A planetary gear(20) revolves by interlocking with the sun gear. A first ring gear(30) is included in the outside of the planetary gear and revolves by interlocking with a part of the planetary gear. A second ring gear(40) is included in the outside of the planetary gear and revolves by interlocking with the remaining part of the planetary gear.
