PURPOSE: A one-shot grouting device for a prefabricated steel pipe and a tunnel reinforcing method using the same are provided to ensure easy manufacture of the grouting device because steel partition plates are fixed by grooves formed in a steel pipe and to restrict the movement of the steel pipe in an excavated hole of a tunnel being reinforced. CONSTITUTION: A one-shot grouting device for a prefabricated steel pipe comprises a steel pipe(110) and a partition assembly(150). The partition assembly includes a plurality of steel partition plates(151~154) which are installed in the longitudinal direction inside the steel pipe and injection pipes(161~164) which are welded to the steel partition plates at different lengths. The steel plate has upper and lower circumferential grooves(131,132) in order to fix the partition plates installed inside the steel pipe. Steel spacers(171) are welded to the exterior of the steel pipe in order to protect a check valve(121) and reduce the movement of the steel pipe in an excavated hole.
