PURPOSE: An antibody which specifically binds to ubiquitin-specific processing protease 17 is provided to identify complex molecular signal transduction of cancer pathway. CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody specifically binds to a polypeptide containing 1st-123th amino acids from N-terminal of ubiquitin-specific processing protease 17(USP17). The monoclonal antibody is IgG1, IgG2a, or IgG2b type. A method for preparing hybridoma cell for producing monoclonal antibody comprises: a step of immunizing USP17 to an animal; a step of fusing B cell derived from the animal with myeloma cells to prepare a hybridoma; and a step of selecting a hybridoma which produces a monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to USP 17. The animal is mouse, goat, sheep, rat, or rabbit.
