PURPOSE: A drain hose and an air conditioner comprising the same are provided to enable the easy replacement or repair of a restricting unit since there is no need for dismantling an indoor unit. CONSTITUTION: A drain hose comprises a hose body(501) and a restricting unit(503). A space for moving condensed water generated from a heat exchanger is formed in the hose body. The restricting unit is installed in the hose body and restricts the moving direction of the condensed water to one direction. The restricting unit is fixed to the inside of the hose body to be selectively exposed. The restricting unit has a smaller outer diameter than the inner diameter of the hose body.
