METHOD FOR FORMING METAL/CARBON NANOTUBE COMPOSITE FILM AND METAL/CARBON NANOTUBE COMPOSITE FILM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for forming a metal/carbon nanotube composite film and a metal/carbon nanotube film manufactured by the same are provided to secure excellent mechanical and electric characteristics against bending and tensile strain by arranging carbon nanotube in a specific direction. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a metal/carbon nanotube composite film is as follows. Metal nanoparticles and carbon nanotube(10) are dispersed in the same solvent to make composite ink. The composite ink is spread on a substrate(1) and plasticized in a vacuum or inactive atmosphere to restrict the growth of grains and form a thin film. The thin film is plasticized by releasing the vacuum or inactive atmosphere in order to accelerate the growth.
