<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of recovering toner from a waste toner cartridge and a processing system therefor, which are capable of achieving toner separation efficiently and safely at a low cost by a mixture aqueous solution removing the adhesion force thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a collection/supply step of collecting and reusing a suspension, which includes: a pulverizing step of pulverizing the waste toner cartridge having residual toner with a sprayed suspension containing monocyclic monoterpenoid to pulverize it into pieces of a required size; a separation step of sieving the pulverized pieces and the toner, which are generated by the pulverizing step, and the suspension suspending the toner on a conveyor; a coagulation and sedimentation step for the toner suspension; and filtration and other drying steps for the toner separated by the coagulation and sedimentation step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
