PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a display unit which is compact and simple, in which a display screen is provided. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a tabular display unit 110 in which a display screen displaying image is provided; and a support section 120 which is constituted by a bent stick member, whose one end is inserted into a hole provided at the back of the display unit 110 from a lower side, which is arranged between a lower end of the display unit 110 and a placement surface, and which supports the display unit 110 from the lower side.
