PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly appealing three-dimensional POP seal, wherein a normal image and a reverse image are printed on the same plane of a transparent seal base material and the reverse image can be seen as a print part of the same shape as the normal image when the reverse image is folded back to the backside via connections for connecting the normal image and the reverse image together, even if the three-dimensional POP seal is stuck to an adherend with no angle made by the single seal and the adherend. SOLUTION: In the three-dimensional POP seal 1 to be attached to merchandise M, images formed of design, characters and the like for sales promotion of the merchandise M are provided on the surface of a transparent seal base material. The three-dimensional POP seal 1 has the connection part 11 connecting a first print area 2 having the normal image 3 to a second print area 4 having the reverse image 5 of the normal image 3, a locking part 9 by which the reverse image 5 can be folded back to the backside via the connection part 11 to be locked while being overlapped to the normal image 3 at intervals, and a sticking part 8 to be attached to a desired adherend M.
