摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromatography quantitative measuring method improved in ease of operation. SOLUTION: The chromatography quantitative measuring method is configured to irradiate a chromatography testpiece with a light beam emitted from a light source. The testpiece includes: a development layer for developing a solution to be inspected; a reagent fixing part formed by fixing the reagent to an object to be measured in the solution to be inspected to part of the development layer; a labelled reagent holding part formed by holding a labelled reagent which is eluted by the development of the solution to be inspected, to the other part of the development layer; and the base part being a part wherein the reagent fixing part and the labelled reagent holding part are removed from the development layer. Further, the method performs optical signal detection using the transmitted light or reflected light from the chromatography testpiece, and quantitatively measuring the concentration of an analysis target contained in the solution to be inspected from the detected signal. In the method, the solution to be inspected is added to the chromatography testpiece and a developing speed after the addition of the solution to be inspected is detected to judge the quality of the properties of the chromatography testpiece from the developing speed.
