Disclosed is a touch panel that not only has low performance variation in harsh environments such as high-temperature high-humidity environments, but also does not exhibit a whitening phenomenon arising during sudden changes in temperature or humidity, and has excellent shock resistance. A conductive laminate is characterized by an adhesive layer, which contains an acidic component, and an even or an arbitrarily patterned conductive layer, which contains a polytheophene conductive agent, being directly contacting over the whole surface or a portion thereof. The touch panel uses the conductive laminate.
