The tool has a screw driver (2) inserted into a clamping sleeve (1). The sleeve comprises a grasp piece (3), and a retainer (5) is formed in the screw driver for placing another tool by rotation of the latter tool by hand. The sleeve or the grasp piece supports an optical mark (4) for enabling the former tool to regain identical and rotation related insertion position in a mouth. A freely displaceable deactivation ring (6) is adjustable via screw threads to enable the sleeve to narrowly place around an implantable abutment i.e. dental prosthetic part.
