Disclosed is a novel compound having P2X or P2X receptor antagonistic effect. Specifically disclosed is a compound represented by formula (I).  (In the formula, (a) R and R combine together to form =Z, and R is a group represented by R, or alternatively (b) R and R combine together to form a bond, and R is a group represented by -Y-R; R and R each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or the like; R and R each independently represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group or the like; R and R each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or the like; X represents -N(R)- or the like; R represents a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl group or the like; Y represents -O- or the like; Z represents =O or the like; and n represents an integer of 0-4.)
