<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of suppressing the attachment range of a heat-radiating member from being restricted. <P>SOLUTION: A projector includes a housing 9, a DMD element 7, the heat-radiating member 13, and a light-absorbing portion 17. The heat-absorbing portion 17 includes a projection portion 16 projecting into the housing 9 from the surface of the heat-radiating portion 13 through the opening 12 of the housing 9. The light-absorbing portion 17 absorbs an off-light L4 from the DMD element 7, in the projecting portion 16 and the heat-radiating member 13 radiates heat generated in the light-absorbing portion 17, by having the light-absorbing portion 17 receive the off-light L4, to the outside of the housing 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
