<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord identification tag having less problems including the one wherein identification tags interfere with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The cord identification tag is an integrally formed resin molding composed of a flat-board-like display section 22 having a display surface that displays cord identification information, a neck section 25 that extends parallel to the display surface from the display section 22 and has a width smaller than that of the display section 22, and a cord holding section 26 provided on the leading end of the neck section 25. The cord holding section 26 has curved walls 26b rising from both sides of a bottom part 26a, each curved wall 26b having a nearly circular shape with an opening in the top when viewed from the longitudinal direction of the neck section. The curved walls 26b are arranged zigzag in the longitudinal direction of the neck section. The cord holding section 26 is small and the display section 22 is in the shape of a thin plate and is arranged away from the cord holding section via the neck section 25. When attaching the identification tags to optical cords wired in a high density, the identification tags can be attached to the optical cords in such a state that the display sections nearly overlap each other at a position away from the optical cords, making less likely to cause the interference of the tags. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
