<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness and a method of manufacturing the same which can suitably take measures against noise. <P>SOLUTION: A shield portion 30 includes first and second protection members 31, 37, and first and second shield members 32, 36. The shield portion 30 protects and electromagnetically shields a portion of a plurality of electric wires 10. The first and second protection members 31, 37 extend in a longitudinal direction of the plurality of electric wires 10, and are formed of nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric mainly includes elementary fiber formed linearly of PET (polyethylene terephthalate), and binder fiber having sheath-like binder material around the elementary fiber. The first and second shield members 32, 36 extend in the longitudinal direction of the plurality of electric wires 10, and are formed of a metal foil tape formed of copper and aluminum or the like.
