<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture aid having a simple structure, facilitating needle puncture work to a blood vessel, and capable of surely suppressing the escape of the blood vessel when performing puncture. <P>SOLUTION: The puncture aid includes a fingerstall 12 into which a finger 90 is inserted, and a pressurizing part 14 for pressurizing the blood vessel 82 to be punctured by a needle from the surface skin side.
