OCCUPANT CRASH PROTECTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant crash protection device for preferably protecting an occupant from frontal collision of a vehicle.

SOLUTION: The occupant crash protection device 10 includes: a vehicular seat 11 that supports an occupant P from the rear side and lower side of an automobile V; a support structure 12 that is supported at a vehicle body 13 to rotate the vehicular seat 11 upward on the front side by inertia force corresponding to deceleration of the automobile V; a posture maintaining structure 14 in which the support structure 12 maintains the rotated posture to the vehicle body 13; and a seat movement structure that moves the vehicular seat 11 to face rearward to the vehicle body 13 by inertia force corresponding to deceleration of the automobile V or inertia force corresponding to frontal collision of the automobile V.
