PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device (50) having sufficient electrostatic resistance. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device (50) accommodates a piezoelectric vibration piece (20) in a package (PKG). The piezoelectric device is provided with: a pedestal (60) which has a first surface and a second surface, wherein the piezoelectric vibration piece is mounted on the first surface and a static electricity protection circuit is formed; and an internal electrode (59) which is formed in the package and is connected to the second surface of the pedestal. On the first surface of the pedestal (60), a first pad (71) connected to an electrode of the piezoelectric vibration piece is formed. On the second surface of the pedestal, a second pad (72) connected to the internal electrode, and a third pad (74) diffusing static electricity are formed.
