PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device for improving the startability of an engine while reducing the exhaust amount of gray smoke at starting the engine. SOLUTION: The fuel injection control device 10 includes an operation amount detecting part 11 for detecting an operation amount S of an accelerator pedal 3, an engine revolving speed detecting part 12, and a fuel injection control part 14 for controlling the fuel injection of fuel injection valves 4, 4, 4, 4. At starting the engine 1, the fuel injection control part 14 calculates a target revolving speed Rt of the engine 1 in accordance with the operation amount S detected by the operation amount detecting part 11 and calculates a steady-state fuel injection amount Qt and an injection amount change-over revolving speed Rc lower than the target revolving speed Rt in accordance with the target revolving speed Rt to set a fuel injection amount to be a starting fuel injection amount Qs greater than the steady-state fuel injection amount Qt until a revolving speed R detected by the engine revolving speed detecting part 12 reaches the injection amount change-over revolving speed Rc.
