PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an outer-wall from being dirty due to exhaust air. SOLUTION: An outer-wall terminal ventilation port includes: a body 3 that has an opening 2 provided substantially in the center thereof and that is attached to an outer wall 1; a hood 7 formed so that a front face section 4, an upper face section 5, and side section 6 are closed; and a plurality of wind deflecting plates 8 provided in a lower section of the hood 7, wherein the plurality of other wind deflecting plates 8 include a wind-direction adjusting plate 10 which is formed by making the wind deflecting plate 8 located furthest from the outer wall surface 9 longer in the downward direction than the other wind deflecting plates 8.
