PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-touch leather-like sheet not only having both of high-class appearance and moist touch feeling possessed by an oil-touch natural leather, but also preventing color migration from the surface. SOLUTION: The oil-touch leather-like sheet has a mixture of at least one polymer having≥100,000 and≤10,000,000 of a number average molecular weight expressed in terms of styrene polymer, and selected from a polyethylene, a polypropylene, a polyvinyl acetate, a styrene polymer, a polyvinyl chloride, a polyvinyl butyral resin and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, with a polyvinyl alcohol resin, present at least on the surface of a substrate body comprising an entangled nonwoven fabric of an ultrafine fiber and a polymer elastomer impregnated into the interior thereof.
