摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing solution for forming the oxidation-resistant film of a surface coated cermet member, which is capable of easily forming the oxidation-resistant film for enhancing the oxidation-resistance while maintaining excellent performance of a titanium-based sintered body. SOLUTION: The processing solution of the present invention includes metal salt which is reacted with titanium compound to generate compound oxide, and solvent of≥20 mass%. The metal salt is preferably a compound of iron-group transition metal having bivalent ions.
