Disclosed is a hair dyeing or bleaching kit which comprises: a first agent that contains an alkaline agent; a second agent that contains an oxidizing agent; and an openable and closable airtight container into which the first and second agents are introduced so as to form foam of the mixture thereof by shaking. Also disclosed is a method for dyeing or bleaching hair, which comprises the following steps (a)-(d) or (a)-(e). (a) a step of introducing a first agent that contains an alkaline agent and a second agent that contains an oxidizing agent into the main body of an openable and closable airtight container (b) a step of hermetically closing the airtight container (c) a step of forming foam by shaking the airtight container (d) a step of taking out the thus-formed foam from the airtight container and applying the foam to hair (e) a step of re-foaming the applied foam on the hair
