CONCRETE FORMING LOAD STEEL COMPLEX GIRDER AND THIS CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE

PURPOSE: A steel complex girder using a concrete forming load and a construction method thereof are provided to implement low height and long span of a girder by effectively utilizing concrete and steel. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a steel complex girder using a concrete forming load is as follows. An I-shaped steel material(100) formed with a camber corresponding to the sagging caused in a girder manufacturing process is placed on a pair of work platforms which are located at an interval. Steel reinforcements are arranged to integrally form a girder part(200) and a slab part(210) around the I-shaped steel material and side, front, and rear forms are installed on the sides of the I-shaped steel material while utilizing the lower flange(130) of the I-shaped steel material as a lower form, thereby forming a form. Concrete is placed inside the form and cured for a specified time.
