PURPOSE: A heat radiation control device of a moving dryer is provided to prevent the discoloration through the high temperature by proportionally controlling the heating temperature according to the surface temperature. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiation control device of a moving dryer comprises a controller, a temperature sensor, a display unit(20), a temperature control unit(30), a lamp display unit(40), a keypad unit(50), and a power supply regulating unit. The controller controls the time and temperature of thermal-radiation, the on and off of the lamp. The temperature sensor detects the surface temperature of the painted portion. The display unit comprises first, second, and third display portions(21, 22, 23). The supply of current and voltage is controlled comparing the surface temperature which the electric power supply controlling method is measured with the preset temperature.
