PURPOSE: A ball member installed at the link pass the main tuning knob is used is rotated. In that way the opening degree of the link pass can be controlled. CONSTITUTION: A flow control valve comprises a housing, a ball member(135), a main adjusting knob(150), an adjusting rod, and a sub adjusting nob. The housing comprises an inlet(116), an outlet(117), and an installation hole. The installation hole is connected to the in-between of the link pass and the link pass interlinking the inlet and outlet. The ball member has a insert hole connected to the in-between of path and the path in which the fluid flowing according to the link pass can pass through. In order to be connected to the ball member in order to rotate the ball member the main tuning knob is combined in the installation hole. The main tuning knob has the penetration hole connected to the installation hole. In order to open and close the path of the ball member, for sliding, the adjusting rod is combined through the penetration hole of the main tuning knob in the inserting hole. The sub control knob is connected to the adjusting rod so that user transfer the adjusting rod.
